At FAR OFF we want you to adore your pieces . But we understand not everything always fits the way we want them to! 

Please review our returns policy and note we will accept returns provided that:

• Items are returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The item is returned unworn, undamaged, in all original packaging with all tags still attached (no pulls or snags)

• The item was not purchased with a promotional offer. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

• Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.

Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

FAR OFF reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

1. Email studiofaroff@gmail.com with your order number and name of item/items you wish to return, placing 'return' in the subject line.
2. We will email you the next steps in returning your items.
3. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as we cannot accept any items returned worn or tampered with in any way.
4. Ship your parcel back to the address provided. Returns cost must be covered by the customer. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
5. Once we receive your return, if applicable we will issue your refund otherwise we will email you your store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide. This credit also has no expiry. 

SWIMWEAR

Swimwear is to be tried on wearing undergarments and the protective hygiene sticker must remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if the hygiene sticker or the hangtag has been removed or altered.
