All international orders are shipped through DHL which generally deliver up to 15 business days after your order has been dispatched from our shop. Please be aware, we are unfortunately undertaking fair shipping delays at this moment in time.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This can be used to track your parcel - Make sure to also check your junk mail.
Duties and taxes are not included in your final payment at checkout.
Far Off is not responsible for any packages after being marked as delivered, nor responsible for any delayed shipments. Please ensure to order to a designated unit number/door code and avoid ordering to public environments such as hotels.
Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.
